Kicking off the South Beach Wine & Food Festival this year is the Italian Al Fresco Feast on the Beach hosted by Cooking Channel culinary darlings, Debi Mazar & Gabriele Corcos. Celebrating Ronzoni’s 100th anniversary, this birthday bash will feature Italian favorites served up by more than 30 of the country’s talented chefs; everything from pizza and pasta to meatballs, arancini and charcuterie will be offered for guests to feast on. The event takes place Thursday, February 19, 7-10PM, beachside at Delano. Tickets are $150.
SOBEWFF is partnering with Miami’s elite underground dining club Cobaya to bring together this all-star group of talented chefs, cooking creative dishes for adventurous and open-minded diners all while enjoying sweeping views of Biscayne Bay at the Cobaya Dinner ! Hosted by Andrew Zimmern, Chris Cosentino, Michael Schwartz, Makoto Okuwa and Kaytlin Brakefield and my friends who started the damn thing The Chowfather and Steve Berry. Hosts Andrew Zimmern, Chris Cosentino, Makoto Okuwa and Michael Schwartz welcome guests for an unforgettable evening of adventure and fun on the sprawling outdoor plaza of the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), the dynamic collection of cultural and contemporary art named in recognition of the famed Jorge M. That’s why we’re excited for the new event Of Meat and Men: A Dinner hosted by Tim Love, Jimmy Bannos Jr., Linton Hopkins, and Aaron Brooks Part of The New York Times Dinner Series! OBEWFF is bringing together this league of extraordinary gentlemen for an evening of gastronomic pleasure at EDGE Steak & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Miami. Chef Jimmy Bannos Jr. joins us from The Purple Pig in Chicago, Chef Linton Hopkins will serve up some of the best of Southern fare coming out of Atlanta, Chef Tim Love comes to show us how the West was won from Texas, and we’ve put Miami’s talented Chef Aaron Brooks, executive chef of EDGE Steak & Bar, in charge of wrangling the gang together. Carnivores get ready – the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s Meatopia: The Q Revolution hosted by Guy Fieri curated by Josh Ozersky is a meat lovers paradise. SOBEWFF’s signature event, The Q has evolved into a “bacchanal of pork, beef, lamb, chicken, duck, turkey, and quail” where chefs celebrate the whole animal with their all-wood-fired custom dishes that will be created just for this event. Everything you’ve loved about The Q remains true – more than 30 notable chefs, bourbon galore and that iconic South Beach soiree vibe. And who better to host this event that Food Network rockstar Guy Fieri and James Beard Award-winning Esquire writer, and Miami native, Josh Ozersky. The event takes place Saturday, February 21, 7-10PM, beachside at Delano. Tickets are $250.

Although it’s best known for its music, Nashville’s booming food scene is something worth singing about and we’re belting it out at SOBEWFF 2015 with this nod to Nashville with their new Nashville on Fire Dinner. Collecting some of the most beloved and iconic food shakers of Music City to dish out their favorite and legendary creations. This dinner will feature California cuisine pioneer Jonathan Waxman, a newcomer to the Nashville food scene, Executive Chef John Lasater and owner Nick Bishop Jr. from the famed hot chicken restaurant Hattie B’s, Nashville’s own Tandy Wilson, Patrick Martin of Tennessee’s Martin’s BBQ Joint and chef Diego Oka, executive chef at the Mandarin Oriental — where this all goes down, beachside. Join us for an evening of never-ending laughs and bites as we celebrate Nashville. The event takes place Friday, February 20, 7-10pm at Mandarin Oriental Beach, 500 Brickell Key, Miami. Tickets are $225.
