Since we relaunched with the new site, we have a lot of backtracking to do! Yes, we’ve visited multiple events, dined at many restaurants and can honestly say we’ve lived life to the fullest, but sometimes it’s great to look back at recent happenings to remind ourselves of EVERY experience. I have to say one month in NYC feels like a year! It’s crazy to think it was a little under two months, I went to New York Fashion Week and had the opportunity to rub elbows with some of the greatest designers in the industry and see models take the catwalk with looks that would make anyone drool. I only mentally drooled, but I also took a mental snapshot of every style that will one day be in my closet. I won’t recap every single moment because it would take to long, but I would definitely like to highlight the best of the best that I was able to experience and share with you.
Acting as a fly on the wall and seeing the designer himself marvel at his own looks was beyond inspiring. The creator and designer Brandon Sun and the creation in the same room, and to see his vision become a reality was such a unique experience. Known for luxury furs, the designer definitely showed he’s not a one-trick-pony with the various looks he offered.

Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa’s team brought their skills to the models locks and nails and got to work to make the hair styles look as sleek as the designs. National Creative Director and Master Stylist Zahir Zian was hired to complete the task and assemble the team to create a carefree yet sophisticated look.

Can’t knock the hustle of this team and their extensive work with each and every hairstyle to match the modern sophistication of Brandon Sun’s collection. Next stop, an appointment at Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa thank you very much.
All in all, a great way to full experience the energy in a room and what Fashion Week stands for– hard work and a vision. That’s what’s up Sun.. Brandon Sun that is.
