Bay Kitchen Bar’s Lobster Roll Recipe, You’re Welcome!
We’re on a roll.. (eating Lobster Rolls that is) throughout this entire season! So far we’ve been able to enjoy a whole variety from Manhattan to Long Island and Cape Cod. One of our favorites was enjoyed at new East Hampton Restaurant Bay Kitchen Bar. It was so good, we had to share the recipe below! Enjoy!

Serving Size 4
1 lb Fresh Shucked Lobster Meat (you can purchase from your local fishmonger)
3 oz Hellmans mayonnaise
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 tbs Relish
1 tbs Fresh Chopped Flat Parsley
4 Hotdog Potato Rolls
Place lobster in mixing bowl and gentle combine all ingredients careful not to break up the lobster meat and refrigerate right away.
Butter and toast four potato hotdog rolls. Divide the salad equally and place in the buns. Garnish with a wedge of lemon and serve.
