Expertly crafted by critically-acclaimed chef Michael Mina, the meal with offer four courses and an amuse bouche that will kick off with a Kusshi Oyster with truffled yuzu sabayon and thai lemongrass air. Other dishes that will be included in the menu will include options such as Le Caviar Tin – Layered Florida stone crab, lobster gelee, whipped crème fraiche and Petrossian setra caviar; or Foie Gras Terrine or White Alba Truffle Risotto with Nantucket Bay Scallops and a savory Waygu Beef Tenderloin with lobster whipped pomme purée, plus much more and dessert! Those wishing to dine inside the restaurant can
enjoy a three-course prix-fixe menu, priced at $95 per person.
Featuring intimate alcoves throughout the dining room, Hakkasan is the perfect place to enjoy a romantic, Chinese style meal this Valentine’s Day. In addition to the regular á la carte menu, the restaurant will be offering a prix-fixe menu, served family-style and priced at $350 per couple. Chicken Fried Rice with mushrooms in lotus leaf will be served for the table. For dessert, lovers can indulge in a sinful Dark Chocolate Ganache with rose and red fruits.
Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s award-winning Italian restaurant, Scarpetta is an intimate and romantic ambiance for couples to delight in this Valentine’s Day. In addition to offering its regular a-la-carte menu, chef de cuisine Nina Compton is offering Italian specialties sure to make any
food lover swoon. Primi piatti selections included Pan Roasted Diver Scallops with roasted salsify, hen of the woods mushrooms and red wine jus ($18); and Assaggio di Mare – jumbo stone crabs, guano oysters, pickled cucumber, marinated razor clams and Alaskan king crab ($55). From the Pasta section, guests can indulge in Potato Gnocchi served with black trumpet mushrooms and fresh shaved tartufi d’ perigord ($85). Last and certainly not least, the Piatti offering is a sizzling 30 oz. Dry Aged Ribeye for Two served with creamy truffled potato puree ($105) – a dish sure to leave any meat lover in their own slice of heaven.
Those seeking the ultimate romantic experience should reserve a table under
the stars at La Côte Mediterranean Grill, where lovers can enjoy a Valentine’s Day Moonlight Beach Dinner. Watch the waves roll in while sharing a four-course prix-fixe menu and bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne at a candle-lit table directly on the beach. The meal is priced at $499 per couple and will have seatings at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. La Côte will also offer its popular “Once in a Bleau Moon” special for those who are looking to wine and dine their significant other this Valentine’s Day. Guests will indulge in a private dinner at the chic restaurant, with
sweeping ocean views and the romantic sights of the Fontainebleau poolscape. Dinner for two is priced at $120 per couple for a four-course prix-fixe menu tableside; while $199 per couple includes
the same menu, served in private cabana with champagne toast.

Priced at $350 per couple, the meal will begin with an amuse bouche of Tuna Tartare with crème fraiche, olive oil and Petrossian caviar; followed by a Whole Maine Lobster Salad – apple-fennel purée, blood orange, avocado and toasted hazelnuts. For the second course, guests will sample Wild Mushroom Ravioli with seared foie gras, celery root purée and aged Pecorino. The third course will feature Whole Roasted European Dover Sole with lemon confit, arugula, heirloom tomato and Champagne sauce. For the main course, diners will feast on Australian Wagyu with garlic fingerling potatoes, caramelized baby vegetables and Béarnaise sauce. An indulgent dessert of Soft Chocolate with ganache, cherry, passion fruit and sorrel will be a sweet ending to this decadent meal.
