If you’re unfamiliar with Bagatelle, then you better listen up— this place is known for outstanding day parties (which is still pending as of now), but we know you’re just saving the fun for its own launch. The upscale culinary destination currently has locations in St. Barth, St. Tropez, New York, LA and Sao Paulo.
Owners Aymeric Clemente & Remi Laba promises to continue its reputation as the most exciting and liveliest culinary destination, which will be a great spot for visitors and locals alike. The design will look similar to the other locations, so you won’t be able to miss it with plush banquets and large hanging chandeliers, which will be the perfect backdrop for globetrotters to enjoy beautiful people and delicious food.

Serving mainly modern French cuisine with 144 seats of outdoor and indoor dining, Bagatelle Miami will be helmed by Executive Chef Matthieu Godard whose delectable signature dishes will include Tartare de Thon Bagatelle- Ahi Tuna Tartar, Avocado Chutney, Cripsy Shallot, Key Lime Soy Dressing, Papdum Tuile; Gnocchi Truffes a la Parisienne – Homemade Gnocchi, Black Truffle Sauce, Aged Parmesan Cheese; Gambas au Pastis – Jumbo prawn, flambé with Ricard anise, green vegetable risotto; and Poulet Entier Roti a laTruffe - Whole Truffled Roasted Chicken, Country Style Potatoes, Caramelized Cipolini, Button Mushrooms, Thyme Chicken Jus.
