This cocktail is named for Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. It is where the Wright bothers’ first controlled, powered airplane first took flight.

3oz Buffalo Trace
3oz strong black tea
3oz oleo saccharum
4 dashes angostura bitters
6oz Gruet blanc de blancs
Shake all ingredients except sparkling wine. Strain into a punch bowl set with a large block of ice. Top with sparkling wine and grated nutmeg. Serve!

1 1/2 oz Campari
1 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
Top off with Soda Water
Orange for Garnish
Fill highball glass with ice, add Campari & sweet vermouth then top with soda water and add orange slice for garnish.

4oz Pineapple Juice
Shake ingredients, pour into glass and garnish with an Orange slice & cherry.

.75oz blue Curacao
1 oz coco lopez
5oz pineapple juice
1.5oz white rum
Blend together coco lopez, rum and pineapple juice. Pour grenadine in glass and add ice. Pour coco lopez mixture over spoon slowly. Pour blue curacao over spoon slowly. Garnish with pineapple, server to table mix and enjoy.

4oz Ferrari Trento sparkling Rosè
2oz strawberry juice
½oz Silver Patron Tequila
Juice from ½ a lime and lemon
Red, white and blue sugar
Strawberries and blueberries to garnish
Rim a champagne flute with red, white and blue sugar. In a shaker, combine the tequila, strawberry, lemon and lime juices. Shake and pour into the flute before topping with Rose. Garnish with blueberries and strawberries.
