Please see schedule below: From June 9 through 13, Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group is commemorating ten years of the original Shake Shack in Madison Square Parkwith a little help from April Bloomfield, Daniel Boulud, Dave Chang, Daniel Humm, and Andrew Zimmern.
Monday: Daniel Bouloud
The Piggie Shack: Shack-beef-blend buyer topped with DBGB’s BBQ pulled pork, jalapeño mayo, boston Lettus and mustard-vinegar slaw.
Tuesday: David Chang Chef/Owner, Momofuku Momofuku Shrimp Stack: Shack beef-blend cheeseburger topped with smoked and girdled shimp patty, Momofuku Hozon Sauce, Bibb lettuce, pickled onion and salted cucumber.
Wednesday: Andrew Zimmern Chef and Host of Bizarre Foods America on Travel Channel AZ Cabrito Butter Butter: Goat burger with herb butter topped with roasted tomato, charred onion and sweet pickle.
Thursday: Daniel Humm Chef/Owner, Eleven Madison Park and TheNoMad The Humm Burger: Shack beff blend gruyere cheeseburger topped with all-natural applewood smoked bacon, celery relish, Bibb lettuce, truffle mayo and shaved black truffle.
Friday: April Bloomfield Chef/Co-Owner, The Spotted Pig The Breslin Burger: Breslin beef-blend burger topped with all nature applewood smoked bacon and Tickler English cheddar cheese sauce.
