I’ve been daydreaming about my next vacation and have been thinking about tapping into my Irish roots with a trip to Dublin. As luck would have it (because of St. Patrick’s Day), Conrad New York and Conrad Dublin collaborated on a menu to celebrate the holiday and give attendees an actual taste of Ireland. The tasting event took place at Conrad New York (102 North End Ave) in the Atrio private dining room, which had sweeping views of Downtown Manhattan and some incredible sips to match by Teeling Irish Whiskey, (YUM!).
The two chefs Conrad Dublin Executive Chef Marcin Kolnierzak and Conrad New York Executive Chef Gerron Douglas collaborated on an Irish-American menu to bring the two luxury hotels and culinary ties together. Here’s a virtual taste from my experience with the Conrads.
