Coya offers a delectable $29 menu, Monday through Friday from noon-3pm with nine different Peruvian-style dishes, such as Polo al Josper; free range chicken breast with ahi paca and cilantro or calamares with quinoa to name a few.
Edge offers a weekly lunch break special from 11:30-3pm, that includes a three-course chef selected menu for a reasonable $23. Selections change weekly and since the menu is set for you, you can make one less decision for the day. Plus, Chef Aaron Brooks knows best. (A la Carte is available as well).
Complement lunch by ordering a signature cocktail or wine. If there’s anything that will take the ‘edge’ off– it will fall under the spirits category.
